Cancellation Policy
Whilst we understand life can become hectic and we are very understanding we simply cannot waste time or fuel and so we do have a cancellation policy in place to prevent this.

Initial consultation is your first ever visit with us. It applies to all first-time/new clients and must be completed before any follow-up work, regardless of medical history.
An MOT consultation are follow up appointments for horses with NO pre-existing conditions that affect their biomechanics, or for those who have completed our Rehabilitation and are now receiving physio for maintenance.
MOTs assist in keeping your horse fully functioning and pain-free, regardless of their work load. They are beneficial for competitive, leisure and retired horses.
Rehabilitation appointments contain everything an MOT does with the addition of rehab plans in order to rehabilitate from injury or illness, All plans are tailored specifically for you and your horse's needs.
The primary goal of rehabilitation is to reduce pain and inflammation while also restoring mobility and function.​​​
